FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) is an expressive and fast-growing activity that allows participants navigate through obstacles with creative and freestyle movements.

The FreeG Starter Resource is a 4-week introductory program for children aged 12+ for coaches and teachers wanting to provide children a fun and active alternative gymnastics program.
